Today, products are not only judged on style, quality and value for money but also on environmental and ethical considerations within the supply chain. We carefully select the factories we work with to ensure that they have the facilities, equipment and resources to manufacture reliable products of the correct quality, on time, whilst meeting the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI).
To help achieve this we have an experienced supplier management team working out of Hong Kong and Singapore who regularly visit the factories and measure performance, provide support and run focused improvement programmes within the factories. This is further supplemented by the use of recognised third party auditing/testing houses to keep everyone focused and the improvement processes moving forward. Manufacturing prototypes are assessed for design quality and fit before being refined and tested for strength and durability prior to production. Furthermore we have many experts who help develop the efficiency of manufacturing to ensure we are providing the appropriate product quality at a competitive price.
Supply:
Covering all distribution logistics
Our experience in all aspects of logistics management is a key strength in our business model. From our dedicated warehouse in Milton Keynes we service our clients and deliver many consignments each year. As part of any new relationship our logistics team will work to understand your specific needs, and then tailor a warehousing and distribution solution to meet that brief.
We have also developed a carrier network enabling us to manage your delivery needs from a domestic parcel to full container consignment anywhere in the UK. This service includes all necessary delivery and customs documentation.
